Financing Problems And Countermeasures Of China Mobile

China Mobile has been always faced with severe market competition since it was seperateed from China Telecom in 1999. As foreign finance enters and other telecom service companies appear,China Mobile's situation is becoming harder and harder.To maintain dominant network position and enhance competiton strength,China Mobile must increase network ability.So it needs large quantity of finance for network building.But it aising fund channel is becoming narrow amd it's raising ability is becoming weak due to the government's favourable policy change, price adjustment and other factors, so China Mobile is faced with raising fund difficulty. This article starts from analyzing the history, existing problems, environment, present situation and neediness about the raising fund situation of the Mobile Company and try to use the relative theory of financial management to analyze some raising fund channels which the Mobile Company is facing now. Some new raising fund suggestions and suitable raising fund channels are put forward for the Mobile Company. At the end of this article , a case is given out in order to explain the opinions in this article more clearly.
