The Normative Content Of The Connotation Of Management To Explore

With the changes of administrative environment and managerial demands, the original definition of management can meet the needs of the development of the society. It is necessary to normalize it. Especially in 21 century, the development of advanced technology and managerial practice is infusing new connotation into the management. The management is regarded as a function in this thesis, which, on the basis of full comparison and analysis, is studied from management definition, the basic problem of management and the manger as well, this thesis aims at exploring normative content of management corresponding to modem development.
