On The Scientific Connotation Of "three Represents" Theory And Practical Significance

Guided by principle of Marxism on the Party theory, based on President Jiang Zemin's "three representation", this thesis works over the historical background of "three representation" and the scientific meaning of each representation and the interrelations among them and analyzes their theoretical and practical significance. The thesis contains three parts: Part one, emphasize to analyze the historical background of "three representation". Internationally, its advancement is against challenge of the hegemony, power politics, knowledge economy, culture imperialism and new science and technology revolution. Nationally, our socialist modernization construction has entered a new developing era. The advancement of the three representations is for our national great renaissance. In the party, the advancement is to summarize our party's and the world communism's experience and lessons, and to consolidate and strengthen us. Part two, this thesis analyzes the scientific meaning of each representation and the interrelations among them. To represent the advanced productivity is our party's foundation, to represent the advanced cultural direction is our party's soul, to represent the profit of the most people is the other two's beginning and goal, and is the source of our party's strength. The three are correlated and an integrity. Part three, this thesis analyzes theoretical and practical significance of the three representations. The advancement of the three representations is the profound thinking and summary of our party's 80 years' history and the world communist movement's 150 years' history. It is the application and development of Marxism on the Party theory, and our party's action guide in the new century.
