After The Development Of Multinational Companies

ABSTRACTWith the fl.uther progress of the globalization of world economy, Multi-national Corperations (MNCs) have played the leading role in recent world economy. Now the society of mankind is entering the age of International Production instead of the age of International Trade.In the process of opening to the world, whether the developed countries or the developing counties, they have to undergo such a course. That is, they engage the foreign trade first, then implement foreign direct investment, at last they develop mulrinational production and distribution. This process is a certain result of domestic economy. Meanwhile, it is an important way of taking part in the international competition and coorperation. Since I 960s, some developing countries have created their own MNCs, especially the new industrilization countries. These MNCs have made a vigorous development and made these developing countries?economy increased. When they come into being, there have been a lot of M1NCs in the world, and their technology was gotten through imitation. So we call these MNCs 揕ater-Developing MNCs?(LDMNCs).Being the biggest developing country, China need a couple of MNCs, and all these MINCs should belong to the Later Developing MNCs?So making a research to LDMNCs will benefit not only the developing countuies inthe world, but also China.In this paper, we make a further investigation to the LDMNCs by extorting theory into practice, and connecting maths model with demonstration.On this basis ,we make an active research to Chinese Later Developing MNCs, combining with Chinese practical situations.This paper includes 5 parts. The chapter 1 describes the concept, catagories of LDMNCs and its history, meanwhile it makes a comparasion between Later Developing M7NCs and Fore-Developing MINCs. The chapter 2 describes the concept, feature and expression of, the most important feature of LDM7NCs. The chapter 3 is the theory analysis .The chapter 4 describes the of LDMINCs. According to this, the chapter 5 describes Later Developing advantage of Chinese MINCs and puts forward several choices for the development of Chinese Later Developing MNCs.
