The private owned firms have been fiourishing since the Reforming andOpening in China. For two decades development, private economy isbecoming one part of national economy and getting more and moreimportant. In l997, the private and personal economy, which is the mainpat of non-nation owned economy, accounted for one of forth in nationaleconomy We can say that private economy is not only an importan forceto push Chinese economy but also an new increase of our economy. So,how to accelerate the private firms healthily and fast is the main point wemay confront in future.After analyzing the case of Kelun Company, a private firm, Which isgrowing very fast, I found out some reasons for the high development ofprivate firms by the research method of surveying and theory analyzing.There are three parts in this paper.In the first part, I briefly describe Kelun, give out the characteristics of theliigh development by analyzing the finance data.In the second part, I conclude some ideas about the success of Kelun bysorting its experiences and applying related theories.
