The appearance and rapid popularization of Internet has brought world-shaking changes in our lives and options. With the fast increase in the number of people and business in the Internet, the world-wide electronic business is rapidly developing, The dealing and post of Marketing information and business information breaks through the limit of time and region, because of all sorts of elements of Market efficient and immediate mergence, it improve the economic efficient of the entire Market and so the Internet is becoming to the real world-wide ' rising Market'.The deep development and application turn the entire social economy from Industrial economy to the network economy. As a new economical shape, the network economy has the characteristic which is different from Industrial economy, it brings the new Marketing options, characteristic of service and makes the consumption gain more efficient satisfaction , in addition improve the integration of the world economy and merge the knowledge economy and network technology, all of these above characteristic bring the enormous network economy benefit, enterprise marketing environment eventuate in large change, so it brings the historic development chance and then advance the grim digital existence crisis.In the network economy age, whether the aspect that the network influence on market and its elements or the competition among enterprises to analyze, enterprise must chose cybermarketing to adapt the development requirement of network economy and then gain the competitive ascendancy.However, inspecting the actuality of the domestic cybermarketing, both the environment our government offered and the effect, which domestic enterprises implement cybermarketing to gain, have large disparity to the developed countries. Especially analyzing from the domestic enterprises actuality, enterprise information construction, the basement of cybermarketing is very weakness and so there is nothing to say the effect of the cybermarketing. Half of medium and small enterprises, which occupied 99% numbers of domestic industrial and commerce enterprises, haven't equipped computers. The native information construction still step at the beginning stage, the number of enterprises that already dialup are less than 0.1% of the total, the number of domain only has 70,000 and there are 30% enterprises only have a seat but not set up the Homepage. Very few of enterprises join the Internet. Compared with these, in United State, 99% enterprises have owned a place in Internet, the number of networking PC have millions upon millions, the construction of enterprise information have basically finished. At the time that the world economy is going to integration, and WTO is coming, the impact from abroad advanced enterprises will intensify. In the future of network economy, those enterprises which can not actualize cybermaketing will lose the qualification to compete, so the status like this is very serious.In view of the status of the native enterprises net sales and the disparity with abroad enterprises, the article will especially discuss from those below aspects:The first chapter introduces the network economy's profound influence on enterprises.
