Refugee problem has been one of the hottest issues of the contemporary international relations. The further and accelerating process of globalization has led to many of the world countries and regions suffered from refugee crisis, its impact is often devastating and no longer limited to specific countries and regions. Refugee problem has become a problem to the whole international community.Since the Second World War, Germany, a country who has received a large number of refugees for many years, has gained rich experience in the management of the refugee issue. In recent years, the continuous turmoil in west Asia and north Africa finally led to the outbreak of the Europe’s refugee crisis in 2015. As the "primary destination" of refugees, Germany still faces huge threats and challenges, so that making research about Germany’s refugee-related policies has important historical and practical significance.Therefore, this article, focused on refugees as well as refugee crisis, attempts to sort out Germany’s refugee policy since the Second World War. At the same time, this article mainly analyzes the motivation of Germany refugee policy’s evolution. It will be further focused on the adjustment of refugee policy after the outbreak of refugee crisis in Europe and emphatically analyzes the refugee crisis’ influence on Germany as well as the whole Europe. The above research and analysis of the German’s refugee policy also provides valuable experience and lessons for China to handle with refugee issue properly.
