Perfecting the inner-party supervision system and strengthening the inner-party supervision are the important measures to strengthen the party’s construction from the18 th National Congress of the CPC, and they are the important embodiment and system guarantee of an all-out effort to enforce strict Party discipline. It is of great significance to keep the party’s advanced nature and purity.Since the 18 th National Congress of the CPC, the Communist Party of China take the power restriction and supervision theory, the theory of rule of law in the modern state and the inner-party supervision of Marx’s theory as the fundamental basis. Through steadily promoting the construction of Party’s rules and regulations,reforming and improving the discipline inspection system, strengthening the supervision about “key minority”, taking the network as the carrier to innovate the mode of supervision within the party, the inner-party supervision system has been a certain degree of sound and perfect. However, due to the construction of the inner-party supervision system is still in the process of reform and exploration, there are still many key and difficult issues, such as the laws and regulations system is not high, the system is not coordinated, the focus of the object is not in place, supervision channels are blocked, etc. Therefore, it is necessary for perfecting supervision strictly in the subjiectivism of an all-out effort to enforce strict party discipline to further solve these problems. By a series of measures which consist of enhancing the standardization, systematization and the convergence of Inner party regulation,Improving the supervision mechanism of the power of the "two committees",gradually pushing forward the the discipline inspection and leadership system of "vertical + parallel", Improving the internal mechanism of the party committee,establishing the system of leading cadres Property Publicity, integrating the system of accountability within the party, expanding and smoothing the channels of supervision within the party to improve the implementation of the party’s supervision system,credibility and security, so that the system of supervision of the party would be more systematic, normative and effective, so as to achieve the overall strengthening of the inner-party supervision.
