Research On Provincial Government Data Open Service Path Based On User Perception

In the context of the big data era,the public’s demand for government public data is becoming stronger and stronger.The in-depth development of government data opening service is a major measure to keep up with the trend of the times and benefit the public.It plays a significant role in the realization of the social and economic value of government open data.This paper explores and studies the path of provincial government data open service based on user perception.The purpose is to help users achieve a high degree of satisfaction in obtaining and applying government open data,improve users’ perception of the service,promote the value-added social and economic benefits of government open data,and promote the open ecological construction level of open,service-oriented and application-oriented digital government.Based on the perspective of user perception,this study takes the provincial government data open service platform as the research object.Firstly,the literature survey method is used to sort out the research status at home and abroad;Secondly,it defines the related concepts and expounds the theoretical basis;Then,according to the empirical analysis method,this paper investigates and studies the provincial government data open service platform that has been online;And through the questionnaire survey method,this paper carries out an in-depth survey on the perception of users of provincial government data open service.The survey finds that there are still some problems in the five dimensions of publicity and promotion,window construction,service channels,data validity and interactive feedback.Finally,based on user perception,aiming at the shortcomings of various dimensions of provincial government data open service at this stage,the paper puts forward corresponding improvement strategies,and constructs a systematic and comprehensive provincial government data open service path.It has theoretical reference value for the exploration,practice and level improvement of provincial government data opening services,and provides a new research perspective for the relevant research on government data opening in the academic community.
