Based on monitoring data of the floating population in Beijing in 2012, with the method of quantitative research, using SPSS tools, from the gender, age, household register, and level of education four aspects summarizes the basic characteristics of the floating population in Beijing. This article describes the flow of Beijing agricultural census register population and non-agricultural household register group in the economic and behavior between adaptation and identity three levels of social integration, analyzes the system of human capital, social capital and policy on the impact of social integration.The study found that flow of Beijing agricultural census register population and non-agricultural household register groups in the aspect of economy, behavior, adaptation, identity have significant differences, non-agricultural household flow group significantly higher degree of social integration. This paper also found that the household registration nature is not only the important factors influencing the social integration of the floating population, and influence of the floating population are the important factors of human capital and social capital. Thus, can explain system(household registration) is caused by two kinds of the household registration of the floating population of the root causes of social integration.This article also to Beijing society into the plight of the floating population should be to improve the floating population employment, social security, education and a series of system; When it comes to work, strengthening skill training; In the aspect of life, pay attention to the psychological health of the floating population.
