Research On Information Security And Countermeasure In Electronic Commerce Development Of Yangzhou City

In recent years, China’s reform and opening up has brought a sharp increase of information in all aspects. In order to adapt to this situation, the explosion of the unprecedented development of communication technology.With China’s reform of the administrative system accelerating, the rapid development of electronic government affairs, so information require large capacity, high efficiency channel. At the same time, hostiles are stealing the political, military, economic, science and technology in our country and so on, using various means to cause a great threat to the security of information of our country, government information security problems can not be ignored. The research status at home and abroad about the problem of government information security, studies at the national level and technology are widely and deeply, but information security problems in the construction of e-government of the local government are discussed scatteredly, lacking of systematic and comprehensive research. The healthy development of local e-government is restricted to a great extent.In this paper, through the analysis of a large number of case studies, conclusion is drawn as follows:handle the problem of information security is the key to ensuring the local government e-government to develop healthily and steadily. The whole article launch the narration with this conclusion. The present situation of system in Yangzhou e-government network is analyzed deeply using the method of literature research, questionnaire survey and, comparative analysis and other research methods, and on this basis, the statistical method is used to analyse the information security problem existing in the construction of E-government in Yangzhou City quantificationally, pointing out the problems. The first is censorship is not in place before information opening. The second is that access points are disperse not easy to manage. The third is that functions of administration sections are chaos.This article’s characteristic lies in the topic, The author has read amount of literatures at home and researched theory, on this basis, pointing out its shortcomings through analysing the present situation of information security in e-government development of Yangzhou government, then analyzes further the reason of causing the information safety problems of Yangzhou e-government from the system construction, safety management and technical level, on this basis, combined with the e-government information security strategy and mechanism proposes 10 targeted and feasible suggestions according to the results of theoretical and empirical study from accelerating the legal environment construction of information security, strengthening the construction of information security management system, making the system of information security technology perfect.
