Research On The Construction Of Government Administrative Efficiency

Administrative efficiency is comprehensive reflection of government work style, the efficiency, effectiveness and ability to work, which related to the party, government policy, and implement policies related to the vital interests of the masses of people. In the party’s 18 th report, the central authorities have clearly pointed out the need to speed up administrative reform of government, to transform comprehensively government functions, to clarify the relationship between governments and enterprises, to optimize the structure of government, to establish a guaranteed administrative system which has clear division of labor, Decision Sciences and implementation in place to monitor. Currently, Kunming is in a critical period of major reform, opening up, construction and development. Hence, the improvement of work efficiency and work style is particularly significant.This article uses literature review, comparison, inductive reasoning to study administrative efficiency carry case of Kunming Yiliang County by the elaboration of relevant basic theory. This paper reveals the current status of the government’s administrative efficiency and explains problems and reasons in the process of administrative efficiency. Therefore, it is help to propose countermeasures.Firstly, the paper is to start with the connotation of administrative efficiency and administrative efficiency, discriminating the concepts. It is help to provide a solution and theoretical reasons for researching problems and reasons of local government’s administrative efficiency.Secondly, this article is to study the status of local government administrative efficiency, to generalize the method and effectiveness of local government administration building, to find problems in the building of government administrative efficiency.Finally, the paper makes suggestions on how to improve administrative efficiency for Kunming Yiling County by drawing on the practice of other provinces. To strengthen administrative efficiency Yiling County, local government must be raising awareness, improving the legal system, sounding system, establishing mechanisms and promoting the continuous development and improvement of administrative efficiency in order to achieve the government’s scientific and standardized management. For this purpose, local government should strive from six aspects. First, government should fully understand the importance of enhancing administrative efficiency. The second is to optimize the organizational structure, constructed the institutional system of government. The third, government should accelerate the transformation of government functions. Fourth, government needs to improve the evaluation system of government work efficiency. Five is to strengthen the quality construction of civil service. Sixth, the government should improve administrative efficiency supervision system.
