Research On Government Information Disclosure In China

Implement the government information publicity is the need of political democratization; it’s the development trend of world politics as well. Many countries have carried out their own government information publicity system. Our country is no exception. Our government started to implement the government information publicity since officially issued The Government Information Publicity Regulations, in May,2008. After seven years, the government information publicity in our country has obtained certain results:to prevent the corruption, promoting the public political participation, improve the efficiency of government administration and set up the government has played a positive role in such aspects as service consciousness. However, outside the achievement, there are also issues in government information publicity still need to be addressed: information publicity not in time, true degree is low, not convenient to access to and information feedback mechanism is not clear. As well as the development of the world, the political progress and the improvement of the public consciousness, make some new requirements to our government information publicity. To study this subject is not only the requirement of political democratization, but also connected with the social benefit.The three public expenses, which is one of the main areas of government information publicity, carried out in our country for almost four years. In the information publicity level it is a representative, which reflects the system. In this paper, from the description of the three public expenses, suggesting that the status quo, results and remaining problems of nowadays government information publicity. Those are the challenges, which can be broken up in the development.All at once, from what the government should do and what the people should do, to make some corresponding suggestion. Hoping those can make some help in solving the problems of our government information publicity, in order to promote our government information publicity constantly improve and better development.
