Problems And Countermeasures Of Personnel Management In China 's Procuratorial Organs

Personnel management is an important part of the political work, although the rules of the organization and personnel work gradually improve, but in practice there are still many shortcomings of highlights, personnel work smoothly, and even affect the overall work of the prosecutor. Since the Third Plenary Session of the eighteen national judicial reform, to put forward the "rule of law China construction" this goal, the procuratorial power and the independence of the regional administrative separation, in plenary meeting spirit, procuratorial system how to change the existing personnel work in the past years, improve the judicial independence and the work efficiency is an urgent problem. Therefore, this paper tries to present the procuratorial personnel work in the problem analysis, from the perspective of personnel management present situation, the thorough discussion from the aspects of any cause, business model, put forward the countermeasure and suggestion for reference.
