Research On Several Problems Of Drug Crimes

Drug crime, has been the focus of attention of China’s criminal laws. Drugs are not only eroding people’s physical and mental health but also inducing a large number of related criminal activities, which are jeopardizing the stability of our society. This paper selects several typical and meaningful subjects which are practical to social activities from tons of thousands of the drug related crimes to explore furthermore. The author believes that solutions to these disputes could contribute to some degree.First of all, this article will discuss the issues related to confirmation of the quantity of the drugs, especially the quantity and the conversion of the purity of new type of drugs.this paper will deeply analyze drug crimes subjective elements and discuss some drug crimes related objective behaviors..Last but not least, the fourth part of this paper will discuss the relevant content of tempting investigation in drug related crimes. Drug crimes have more instinct complexities compared to other crimes, as a result, the regular means of investigation may not meet the standards of the related drug crime investigations. This paper will provide deeper insights into the investigation, and hopefully find an effective solution.
