| Administrative reward is a effective and negligent administrative measures in modern administrative management. Comparing to traditional administrative measures which is compulsory and punitive, administrative reward with the management goal of abduction and encouragement has a lot of advantages such as efficiency,effective and acceptable.this reward can improve subjective initiative of people mostly. It is not only help to achieve the goal of administration, but also can make the subject status of the citizens to be respected. It is reflected that modern administrative law emphasizes on humanistic spirit of the service and the cooperation, and it is also comply with the development trend of good governance in modern society.In this paper,it explains the real need of administrative reward’s accordance with law from practice field. and it also analyses administrative reward from the basic category of administrative reward and the position and function of law government construction. Finally,according to administrative incentive problems in the practice field,administrative reward is discussed from the theoretical significance,and is put forward theoretical view and legal advice aiming at these problems. |
