Filial Piety was the traditional virtue in Chinese a few thousand years ago. People have been seen xiao as the human roots and the rulers of ancient China has been praised Filial Piety.Filial Piety and the inscription was provided into the legal provisions.This article is on the basis of reviewing around the ethics of Filial Piety before the Tang Dynasty through the development of Filial Piety in the evolution of the legislation. Through studying ethics to promote Filial Piety Tang Dynasty, we can develop that we finished legal norms and the royal relatives, from Baiguan to the common people.We can make the further understanding about the Filial Piety.This paper is divided into five parts of Filial Piety Tang Law in order to be analyzed.The first part is about Filial Piety of Confucianism in the ethics. We should know about the origin of ethics of Filial Piety that we talk about the Tang Dynasty.Througli understanding these,we can find ideological foundation for the legislation.The second part is mainly about the law before the Tang dynasty ang Filial Piety.Filial Piety in the legislative sources in the Tang Dynasty is not exclusive through the Qin Dynasty, Han Dynasty rulers advocacy, legislation and the gradual evolution.Filial Piety in the Tang Dynasty is the inheritance and development of ethics legislation about beforeTang filial piety.The third part is about ethics and the Society of Filial Piety.This part is mainly descripted through the promotions of the Tang Dynasty rulers and the practice of Filial Piety, the constraints of Filial Piety on government officials and common people of Filial Piety practice to leave discusses how the ethics of social Tang was achieved.Filial Piety in the fourth component is about the Filial Piety how to practise in the Tang Dynasty Law. This part expresses the content mainly through the theoretical basises for the legislation from the Tang Dynasty to the Tang Dynasty of legislative provisions on Filial Piety and the punishments for the violations of the Filial Piety.Fifth part is an evaluation of Filial Piety in the Tang Dynasty. Filial Piety in the traditional virtues of the China was advocated by the Chinese rulers and naturally it has its positive role. But we should also see that in the feudal autocratic rule, ethics of Filial Piety has also been put on a strong feudal ideology, bounding people's minds.Filial Piety is implemented by the force of law and people who break the law will be punished.But because of the maintenance of feudal rule, we make the moral filial conflict with the law, which is not uncommon under the rule of the feudal autocracy. This is the feudal disadvantages of social indelible. We make everything from the fundamental interests of the feudal ruling class proceeding. We are currently building a harmonious society and we should adhere to the rule of law and the concept of combining the concept of virtue.
