Many concepts and measures has been proposed to build a vertical leadership of the prosecution system and change the mode of Inspection and Supervision, which is hoped to be a kind of inspiration to improve the functions of inspection and supervision system, and thus can effectively prevent the generation of wrong cases, and make the justice can be realized ultimately.
