Student Village's Identity

The plan which we called"University student village officer"is an important policy for graduate employment, talent allocation and new rural construction. But actually there are a few problems in practise. The basic reason is the identity crisis for those village officers.The paper gets a reference to the identity theory in the west and combines the factors in China, investigates the identity problem from the respects of university students themselves, public policy and social environment. The model we analyse the problem is on the basic of practise and theoretical research, and the conclusion is the university student village crisis is a crisis of values actually. To handle the problem, not only we should perfect the policy, but also should we do a great deal in university students themselves, social education and policy guidance.The paper has four parts. In the first part, we set up the problem, comb domestic and foreign research about identity and University student village officer, introduce the perspective, logical route and methodology. In the second part, the paper analyze"status","identity"and"identity crisis". Then discuss the impact the factors influent the identity crisis, control theory model, and its application to the problem we talk about. The third chapter discusses a number of performances of identity crisis, then analyze the main reasons, including self-factors, social factors and government factors. In the fourth part, the paper gives some solutions about the problem. University students should correct their attitude and ideas, perfect their career planning and ability to exercise. Government should strengthen mechanisms of students career guidance system and improve relevant policies. From the community respect, the concept of human resources should change, and the villages should do their best to attract talents.On the community level, the subject of community involvement, family support and reform and conduct on education etc.
