Chinese Estimates Of Research

"Law of numerals is an important part of the grammar study in the history of Chinese grammar study. Wang Li has pointed that,"The law of numerals in Chinese is a major part of Chinese grammar."As an important part in the system for the law of numerals, we need to make clear the academic achievements on the study of estimates, in order to show the situation of the research on it currently .It would be much helpful for the establishment and improvement of the system in the law of numerals.This paper regards"the estimates in modern Chinese"as the object ,base on the academic achievements in the study of estimates .We conclude and analyze the academic achievements of some estimates used frequently like"about ,several"in modern Chinese through the discussion on the name and definition of estimates ,the nature of estimates ,the expressions of estimates ,the application of estimates, the combination of estimates and so on. We described the basic condition of the study of some estimates used frequently to show some acknowledgement on the situation of research currently, and hope it would help a little on the study of estimates.
