Arts Colleges And Universities To Develop Strategic Research

During the development of current scaled education industry, advanced art education has achieved a new milestone, when macro-economic control and education bureaucracy are deployed further. As a summary of pervious period development of advanced art education, there are a lot of problems need to be resolved immediately. Firstly, the quality of candidate student was low, and teaching quality decreased, due to large scale of recruiting and educating of art specialized talents, which was caused by advanced art education which was turned popularization to specialization. Secondly, it's sightless that art college is set up in those comprehensive and general institutions which do not have enough teaching condition and resource. Finally, it also caused difficulty for graduations in finding jobs by increasing art specialty recruiting.This article mainly focus on analyzing. How to set up the development target? How to handle the conflict and difficulty during developing? How to create developing condition by consolidating advantage resource?It demonstrated comprehensively about industry background of strategy making, competition environment and development trend, according to instruction of strategy development theory and method. It analyzed entire situation from macro-economic control, internal and external art education development situation and relevant industry development trend. Meanwhile, as an example from Sichuan Conservatory of Music, it analyzed internal environment, advantage of competition and problems which are found in development progress in advanced art institution. It clarified strategy and measures which need to be deployed in order to build up Sichuan Art University. It provided guidance and evidence for the establishmnt of domestic advanced art education in specialty competence, education bureaucracy and cooperation with international institution during rapid scaled development trend in art industry.Base on theories of art education and development strategy, this thesis will analyze comprehensively the history and current situation of Sichuan Conservatory of Music, so that the existing serious problems and crisis will be made clear. To solve these problems, the thesis will put forward a general strategic developing plan. The thesis will analyze external factors like the developing trend of art education at home and abroad and the sharp movement of culture industry, as well as recruiting, teaching, training, practice, graduate employment and other internal factors. After analyzing the external and internal factors, it will give multiple solutions featured with diversity, variation, cost-leadership, electronic information service and industrialized teaching.In terms of the topic, the development of advanced art education is a highly specialized field. Firstly, it lacks of supporting theories and research resource as systematic research the focus on comprehensive art education is rare in China and the foreign countries. Secondly, in our education system, advance art education is not run by business institutions which aim at making profit. This special character makes it somewhat difficult to analyze strategically in the traditional way. Thirdly, the history of advanced art education system is not long, either in china or abroad. But art is progressing incessantly. For instance, when traditional music and electronics got combined, a unique performance electronica was born. What's more, using traditional drawing skills to cater to the needs in people's life also leads to a wide scope of art design. Forthly, the status of culture industry is more and more important when economy moves forward. This new industry, however, is of high creativity and combined with high technology. It will be a brand new subject on how the culture industry and advanced art education can form a supply chain where they can promote each other.In order to adapt to the outside environment, Sichuan Conservatory of Music has carried out a teaching reform during which several new majors have been set up. This paper summarizes the reformation from aspects of teaching environment, teachers, teaching system, curriculum, resources, practice and graduate employment, etc., so that a reasonable suggestion is put forward to achieve the strategic developing goal. This paper is based on practical experience and developing requirements. Therefore the suggestion is executable and good for the long term development of our advanced art education.
