Chinese characters teaching has been considered as an important and difficult point in the foreign language teaching all the time, and students with particular emphasis on the difficulties non-Chinese culture circle. However, in the actual acquisition process of foreign students, from beginners to elementary, middle and senior phase, there is a phenomenon that regardless students from Chinese culture circle or non-Chinese culture circle all wrote wrong words. Previous studies are more concerned about the Chinese characters acquisition of the non-Chinese cultural circle students, the Chinese character's teaching design and model are mostly targeted at non-Chinese cultural circle, and there are generally believed that Chinese culture circle students have the advantage of learning Chinese characters, Chinese characters for foreign students from Chinese culture areas is not difficult, but this concept is not enough objective. SLA transfer theory indicates that the effect from native language to the target language are not only positive transfer effect, but also negative transfer effect, and within the target language also have a positive transfer and negative transfer. Combined with the language background of Chinese cultural circle, as there are a large Chinese characters and words with Chinese characters in their mother language,on the one hand, there are some same shape of Chinese characters and synonymous words made of the Chinese characters, on the other hand, there are some homographs ones, the same shape of Chinese characters and synonymous words is to generate the premise of native positive transfer, and the different shape of Chinese characters, homograph words or the same morpheme with different meaning of words is a the underlying factors of negative transfer, which are susceptible to mother tongue interference. Meanwhile, due to their special character, Chinese cultural circle students have had a base, however, after all the Chinese characters in different languages have different recording function, Chinese characters has its own special character, which makes students in study have some general question. Therefore, learning Chinese Characters for Chinese cultural circle students is with some particularity, on the one hand, from native language interference, on the other hand, from Chinese interference, apart from positive transfer, they need to overcome double interference.This paper is based on SLA transfer theory, involving similarities and differences in the Chinese culture, Chinese characters, Chinese words between the national language of Chinese cultural circle and Chinese, dialectically regarding the teaching characteristics of Chinese culture define, and proposing suggestions and views. First, proposing introduction of the contents of this article, research significance, research methods, and innovation. The second part, sorting out and analyzing the existing research results and problems, and expounding the points of language transfer theory. The third part, defines the meaning and scope of Chinese culture circle, and regarding the relationship of Chinese cultural circle and Chinese characters in the perspective of history and reality. The fourth part, contrasting similarities and differences in the number, shape, font, meaning of Chinese characters used in the national language in the Chinese cultural circle and Chinese Characters, and from the link on the meaning of character and word, discussing the similarities and differences in meaning of the meaning of Chinese words and Chinese. The fifth part, combining with comparative results and transfer theory, and analyzing positive and negative transfer factors ,and teaching focus in learning Chinese Characters. The sixth part, proposes the suggestion of Chinese character teaching to Chinese cultural circle. The seventh part, concludes the whole paper, posting some issues need to be further improved.
