Chuang Tzu in his article "Great Master", "world" of "Chuang Tzu", mentioned the same concept "the Taoist Arts" 8 times. From the view of original meaning of the two characters, "the Taoist Arts " is just a way for people to walk. In the context written by Former Qin Dynasty's philosophers, "the Taoist Arts", from the Original meaning "way", birthed to four major interrelated extended meaning. And, in the Taoist theory system which was represented by "Lao Tzu" and "Chuang Tzu", the term "the Taoist Arts" represents a reasonable way of doing things. It is the alternative which decentralized the world as metaphysical "Tao". In fact, starting from Lao Tzu, the "Tao" then had a strong strategy color. Chuang Tzu was to further deepen this kind of methodology meaning. The concept "The Taoist Arts" is thus established. It is a powerful starting point when people face the music of the objective world and the middle part of the process during the origin of the universe "Tao" evolved into various schools'specific knowledge. Further see, in the "Chuang Tzu", we can conclude a complete system about how to specifically use the "the Taoist Arts". Followed with this special "path" Chuang Tzu provided us, we can reach the environment named "Saint and Emperor". However, when we use "the Taoist Arts ", we should also be careful not to over-pursue ingenuity. Pursuit of "Taoism" will eventually return to "natural" which in another word called "Tao". As the German scholar Martin Heidegger explained "Tao", "All are road". In the atmosphere of academic of Former Qin Dynasty, the conversion trend from "Tao" to strategy had begun.
