Cragg "viola And Piano Sonata" Played

This research work is focused on the musician and composer, Ms. Rebecca Clarke, and the relevant works of sonata for viola and piano. Especially, it analyzes all of her life, her major works, her style of creation, and the forms, modes, harmonies, pianoforte accompaniment of the composition of her sonata performed with Viola and Piano. Principally, in terms of personal performance, it analyzes the critical point and difficult point from technical and musical aspects. In addition, it adds the aesthetic principle to complement my own viewpoint. Thereby, this article could help the readers to understand the artistic value of the composition, and to study the relevant issues about the work. Besides, it provides the theoretical evidence to perform the composition accurately.
