Whether foreign cultural products will cause the homogenization effects on the receivers become one of the hottest issues on the communication research. In this paper, such specific cultural products will be observed, which have absorbed the local culture as elements to borrow, change and even transmit, after that, they return to the local, so to speak, those foreign cultural products have, then, they are produced in a global process. Sooner or later, those globalized cultural products will return the locale. How do those kinds of products affect the local? Will the cultural conflicts or repels occur? In research methodology, case study and context analyzing will be introduced into this paper through the case of Kung Fu Panda to show how such kind of cultural products to be produced during the globalizing process. As a cultural product, what are the difference between local culture and the global culture? Cultural globalization will be another topic to be discussed in this paper, how does the local culture response to cater to the global culture. The conclusions are:1. The potential cultural hegemony is possible, yet different circumstances occur in the local market.2. The differences between the different cultures still exist; globalization will not erase all of the difference like a wave does.
