People have to change the attitude of money because of the tremendous stress caused by financial crisis. As the situation, exploring the inherent connection of money profiles, stress, psychological capital of employees of domestic enterprises and their influence to job performance is beneficial to help the employees to alleviate their pressure, promote the society harmony and improve their job performance.A research was conducted by measuring 648 employees, using questionnaire survey; the researcher developed a construction of money profiles on the basis of integrating relevant literature. The researcher used the independent sample T test and one-way analysis of variance to analyze the differences of demographic variables in the Money profiles and the Psychological capital. The researcher adopted correlation analysis and regression analysis to explore the relationship between the Money profiles and the Psychological capital, the Money profiles and the Job performance. This thesis also discussed whether the Money profiles and the Stress had significant influence on Job Performance, whether Psychological capital moderated the relationship between them.The conclusions show that:(1)Through the exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis of Money Ethics Scale, the thesis extracts nine factors:wealth and motivator, success and power, respect and autonomy, good, storage and budget, evil, make money, equity, charitable giving. Through the cluster and discriminant analysis, the reliability and validity testing, summarizes four money attitude profiles of employees in domestic enterprises:Achieving Money Worshiper, Careless Money Admirer, Apathetic Money Handler, Money Repeller;(2)Results of ANOVA analysis shows that there are significant differences in education levels, monthly consumption among the four types of money attitude profiles;(3)Hope, optimism, tenacity and psychological capital are significant different in demographic variables:gender, marital status, home location, the mother educational level and occupation, the times of work change, monthly consumption and monthly income and some others;(4) Careless Money Admirer, Apathetic Money Handler, Money Repeller's stress are significantly higher than Achieving Money Worshipers; so is the tension;(5) The optimism of Money Repeller and Achieving Money Worshiper is significantly higher than Careless Money Admirer and the Apathetic Money Handler's; The psychological capital of Achieving Money Worshiper is significantly higher than Careless Money Admirer, Apathetic Money Handler's; Money Repeller's psychological capital is significantly higher than Apathetic Money Handler's; The resiliency of Achieving Money Worshiper is significantly higher than the others;(6) The job performance and Work dedication of Money Repeller is significantly higher than Careless Money Admirer and the Apathetic money handler's; the Interpersonal Facilitation of Money Repeller is significantly higher than Careless Money Admirer, Achieving Money Worshiper and the Apathetic Money Handler's; There is no difference on task performance; four money attitude profiles have a significantly positive influence on the job performance;(7)Hope, Optimism, Resilience effectively regulates the relationship between the feeling of losing control and job performance; Resilience moderate the relationship between tension and job performance;(8)Resilience moderates the relationship between Achieving Money Worshipers and job performance.
