| The Korean War was the first large-scale "hot war" during the cold war.As regards American and Soviet Union, it was the contention and confronting which two countries extended in Europe and refracted in Korean Peninsula. This paper analyzes the process of China, U.S. and Soviet's decision-making in the war, describes the factors that affect three countries' decision, deepen awareness and understanding of these issues based on some academic research, including the United States, the Soviet Union, China's diplomatic archives and diplomatic documents.The first part analyses Soviet Union's factors in the Korean War.This Part firstly introduces Soviet Union's strategic status and tartaric target and secondly analyses the impact on the Soviet Union's policy to Korea by signing "Sino-Soviet friendly alliance help each other treaty" and finally points out the localization that the Soviet Union reacts to U.S.A. and China.The second mainly explains that why America involved in the Korean War step by step and sank deeper and deeper on the basis of analyzing American strategic objective of Korean Peninsula after the World Warâ…¡. This part also explains the reasons that U.S.A. involved in the Korean War and strategic policy of crossing 38th Parallel.The third part discusses China's response to the United States over the military demarcation line and China's preparation before sending troops to North Korea. It mainly analyzes the four reasons about China sending troops to Korean. |
