Survey Of Practical Writing Ability Of Secondary Vocational Students And Teaching Countermeasures Research

Practical composition is the concept defined relative to literature compositions. It is the style with fixed or habitual format frequently adopted by the people in handling their public and private businesses in the daily work, study and lives. Practical nature is the important feature of Chinese. And the practical composition has adequately demonstrated this point. Once written expression ability is known as an important part of modern people's intelligent structure, then practical composition will have a direct bearing on the work benefits of secretaries and citizens. Therefore, practical composition is of great and realistic significance to the institutional secretaries and ordinary citizens in our modern life. And studying composition is particularly necessary for the juveniles.However, the teaching status of practical composition is not satisfactory. We can investigate the reason from the teaching and studying perspectives: on one hand, the teachers have not attached great importance to this and teaching methods are single; on the other hand, the students are not very interested in this due to the influence of schools, families and society. Negative acceptance of knowledge has led to low studying efficiency.According to the current situation, I have integrated both theory and practice in the teaching, utilized case teaching method, situation teaching method and multi-media technologies in the practical composition and attained excellent teaching effect.First, the case teaching method has relied on the teaching objective and content demand and utilized cases to organize students for study, research and discipline. This method can create a good and loose teaching practical background, demonstrated the real and typical problems before the students and made them think, analyze and discuss. The case teaching method has emphasized the teacher's inspiration and students' positive participation. It aims to make students play an important role under the teacher's guidance and cultivate their independent thinking ability. It will bring about fruitful results in arousing the students' interests and cultivating the creative, analytical and handling abilities. Practice has proven that "case teaching method" can bring about excellent teaching effect.Secondly, situation teaching method shall refer to teacher's introducing or creating vivid and concrete situations with certain emotional factors and image body during the teaching process to arouse the students' attitude experience with the view to help them understand the textbook. The situation teaching method is a kind of effective teaching method in the practical composition teaching. It has mainly simulated the writing environment and integrated the composition training with real practice. During the teaching process, the teacher shall depend on the realistic life experience of actual work condition to set up certain special situations for the students so that they can come into the situation, play a certain role, think and ultimately complete a certain practical composition.Thirdly, multi-media teaching method during the practical composition teaching can optimize the class structure, mobilize the students' interests and increase the class capacity. At the same time, multi-media technological teaching based on the correction and evaluation can attain great effect. Multi-media auxiliary teaching method has set up higher requirements to the teachers. They shall not only have rich knowledge in practical composition, but also have the utilization and operational skills to modern multi-media technology. Of course, utilization of multi-media technology has a negative aspect. And we need to flexibly integrate with the practical conditions in the teaching process and arrange the teaching content within a limited class period with the view to attain an excellent teaching effect.
