The construction of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics, we must carry on and develop all the fine cultural traditions, so we need to promote the value of a new culture of the traditional 54.The investigation of the value of the 54 new culture could serve as a refraction of reality. The part has laid a foundation for the following explanation of construction of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics.The third part explains from the aspect of science, that is in detail explores the new culture of supporting Mr. Science, pioneering the China's scientific and technological revolution which continues to this day. This part firstly analyses the spreading and cognition of science since the period of the 54.The following analyses the striving goal of the advanced Chinese of achieving industrialization and modernization of science and technology of Western Learning since 54.It mainly expounds the guiding idea and principles and polices of our party and country from the foundation of country to the period of the restoration of Culture Revolution. This lays foundation for to the following expoundation of the construction of Chinese characteristic culture.The fourth part explains from the aspects of philosophical methods, form of thinking and so on.
