Discrete Awareness Of The Characteristics Of The Liberation Of Korean Poetry Literature

China is a heterogeneous country with 56 nationalities all living within the same territory. One of the nationalities is Korean ethnic minority. It shares similar characteristics with other ethnic minorities, and it is, meanwhile, distinctively different from other ethnic minorities. This essay will, from the perspective of nationality awareness, examine the changes of diaspora embodied in the poems of Korean ethnic minority before liberation.Chinese Korean ethnic minority is a cross-border nationality. Korean ethnic minority is not aboriginal but immigrants to China. Since the mid of the 19th century the North Korean had occurred natural disasters for three years. Some of Korean immigrated to Yanbian of China, in the early 20th century, because of the invasion of Japanese to the Korean Island, millions of Korean had to immigrate to China. Till 1945, there more than 2 million Chinese Korean reclaimed land and tilled the rice or participated in the anti-Japanese struggle. Following the victory over Japan, about 1 million Chinese Korean took an active part in Third Revolutionary Civil War and agrarian reform movement. From the founding of the People's Republic of China to Cultural Revolution, and from the Chinese open policy to today in 21th century of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Korea. The Korean ethnic minority, as other minorities, made tremendous contributions to China in spite of whatever difficulties. Because of the unique historical background, the distinctive nationality awareness is gradually formed and reflected in the literatures of the Korean- ethnic minority. This essay is going to present analysis on the development of the diaspora before liberation.This essay is consisted of 3 chapters:The first chapter will briefly introduce the purposes of this research, the current situation of the research and also the target and methods of the research.The second chapter will expound the characteristics of awareness of Korean nationality identity and its diaspora through selected publications before liberation.Chapter two serves as the core of the essay, which is divided into 5 sections. The first section mainly analyzes the consciousness of being abroad represented in the poems of the Korean ethnic minority before liberation. The section 2 will illustrate the nostalgia of the immigrants. Section 3 is to describe the sorry for losing their homeland. Section 4 will analyze the disoriented feelings of the Korean immigrants. Section 5 is going to analyze the immigrants' frustration when building their new home. Each section will include some typical poem samples for analysis of their particular changes of diaspora. The last section systematically compares and contrasts the poems of different time periods and summarizes the characteristics of diaspora.Chapter 3 is the conclusion, which, on the basis of previous analysis and comparison, summarizes the changes in contents and characteristics of the diaspora.
