| The emergence and development of numerous painting periodicals was an important event in the painting history of Mingguo. However, it wasn't reveived too munch attention in the academics as well as the social and historical roles of painting periodicals of Mingguo, which made the characteristics of painting periodicals of Mingguo unclear. Untill now, there has been few results in further and systematic researches on painting periodicals. This paper attended to fill the gap in the history of modern painting.Standing on the view of communication and sociology and using the method of qualitative and quantitative analysis, a series of issues were discussed on ecological distribution, historical division, the patten and process of operation, the mechanism of existence and ecological environments of painting periodicals in Mingguo, which could contribute to make clear the basic relationship between painting periodicals and painting of Mingguo as well as further relationship. |
