Nowadays , the society is the "Super Modern Society" called by the French writer Gilles Lipovetsky. It refers the modernization again of modernity, the rationalization again of rationality, and this is one kind of social form of the personal void, the narcissism, the weak responsibility and the world is far away from us. "Super Modern Society" expedited a new social form—"Latter Moral Society". This is one kind of society "neither restraint nor punished", and people respect ethics, but hope that ethics does not hinder themselves. People would not make bigger contribution for some lofty ideal, cannot accept the thing that their benefit suffer from damage, they want to seek one "intelligent ethics" between the morals and the benefit. Its responsibility view is reasonable, limited and has discretion. This ethical view is "painless ethics", it penetrates this article, and displays that the moral obligation has lost dynamics gradually, and people right infinitely expanded and the lost of the self-devotion spirit. People's moral responsibility view becomes superficial. In fact "Painless ethics view" is one responsibility view that has lost the devotion views. This article has analyzed the reasons, aimed at the negative effects brought by the "painless ethics view" of "Latter moral society". The moral responsibility is an important category in ethics, is the objective request for social life and the perfect of individual personality, and has the vital significance to the social development. Therefore, calling for the return of moral responsibility becomes this article's conception. The second chapter of this article has ethically reviewed the moral responsibility of the "Latter moral society'"s subject, and proposed the meaning of "painful ethics" and its difference from the "painless ethics" ,and pointed out the practical significance of calling for the return of morals responsibility in present generation. Then, it analyzed the should-be of the "Latter moral society'"s promoting the subject's moral responsibility and consciousness, and considered the need for moral responsibility from two angles the social life and the perfect of personality. The third chapter of this article has analyzed the inevitability of "Latter moral society"'s subject undertaking the moral responsibility, starting from the relationship of the freedom of will, moral choice and moral responsibility. The moral choice is all choices in human moral domain, and where is the choices where is the responsibility.The moral responsibility is the result from free choices of moral subject. In this sense, people should be responsible for their behaviors. The freedom of will is the premise of the moral choice and the moral responsibility, if it realized this premise, the subject must be responsible for the result of the moral choice. This article has made the proof on possibility and the validation of the freedom of will did as the premise, and pointed out that the freedom of will has certain limit. It displays the subject choice, decisive ability, the independent status and the moral personality, and represents human's dignity. At the same time, the undertaking of moral responsibility also needs certain condition of freedom of will: The freedom of will would manifest the "independency", the meaning of "love" and the "sentiment" and have to be concerned with the "future" and the hope. The moral choice is essentially moral circumstance in our life, and choices with freedom must undertake the moral responsibility. The freedom of will is the premise of the two, and they are the behavior pattern which unifies mutually. Because of the appearance of the freedom of will and the moral choice, it necessitates the undertaking of the moral responsibility. Finally, the article it proposed the construction methods from four angles that make the subject of "Latter moral society" undertake the moral sense of responsibility. And the article's foothold is to enhance the ability of social and individual moral choice, build the good social atmosphere, perfect society's moral control ability and enhance the system ethics construction. It is hoped that enlighten the enhancement of subject's undertaking the moral responsibility and consciousness. And enables people to establish the reasonable value goal, set up the firm moral faith, and found the moral homeland which we can settle down and gets on with life.
