The research object of this thesis is Ci of Song wan.Song wan,who born in 1614 in Laiyang of Shandong and died in 1673,whose styled name is Yushu and assumed name is Lishang. Because Song Wan experied frustrations in his lifetime ,the characteristic style of works is miserable.Song Wan's poetry is as famous as Shi Run Zhang and is called Nanshibeisong.Song Wan's Ci is also as famous as many great masters in the early Qing Dinasty.Song Wan's collection of Ci is Erxiangtingci.Song Wan'short Ci is fresh ,and his short Ci is fresh and glorious at earlier stage ,but his short Ci is miserable and resentful at later stage.Song Wan's long Ci is deeply moved and expresses his emotion of the guilty official and the abandoned person. Song wan's Hushangchanghe Ci with Cao Er Kan and Wang Shi Lu affect greatly to the formation of Jiaxuanfeng in the early Qing Dinasty.Firstly the preface of this paper summarizes the present situation of study about Song Wan's Ci.ChapterⅠof the main body expounds Song Wan's life experience and works.His life experience emphatically points out the effect of his father and two greatly important events in his lifetime.The two greatly important events is being an official and being put in prison.Hardships made Song Wan feel miserable,but in poetry he gained depth after suffering.Full of frustrations in his lifetime affects his works,especially his Ci deeply.ChapterⅡemphatically expounds the thought of Song Wan's Ci. ChapterⅡfirstly analyses the tonal patterns and rhyme schemes of his Ci.His one hundred and seventy─three pieces of Ci consist of seventy─eight pieces of Ci about social intercourse ,twenty─six pieces of Ci about love,twenty─nine pieces of Ci about feeling and cherishing the past,fifteen pieces of Ci about season and scene,five pieces of Ci about jest. ChapterⅡsystematically analyses his Ci one by one.The long Ci is the principal part of Song Wan's Ci.The third part of ChapterⅡemphatically expounds the Hushangchanghe Ci and analyses the situation about level and oblique tones of Song Wan ,Cao Er Can,and Wang Shi Lu.ChapterⅢexpounds his artistic style and achievement about Ci. ChapterⅢexpounds his artistic style about short Ci and long Ci and analyses the style of the fresh and amorous short Ci and the style of the towering and bleak long Ci.The viewpoint about poetry affects his works of Ci deeply.Song Wan learned from the Ci of Jia Xuan and developed the spirit of Jia Xuan Ci further. ChapterⅢprovides the situation of Song Wan Ci in the different selections finally.In conclusion,the investigation of Song Wan's Ci is of far-reaching historical significance and wider significance in the especial period of the early Qing Dynasty.
