"Materializing"is the central word in Lukacs's earlier period theories, is also his main thought weapon against contemporary capitalism society. In Lukacs's opinion, the essence of is that the person's activity and the outcome of the labor became a thing that controls people, the person becomes the servant of thing, manifesting in people's numeralizing,atomlizing,averagelizing and the subject's objectlizing ...etc, and the phenomenon became more popular and deeply in 20th century. Lukacs thought that Materializing cause the opposition between the subject and object,freedom and necessity. Alienation not only exist in economic realm, but also go deep into the person's consciousness, the solving of Materializing depends on class consciousness. This text makes a concrete comparing between Lukacs's Materializing theory and Marx's alienation theory from a few aspects, such as concept dimension, mode of thinking, logic evolution and methodology...etc, clarifying the real meaning of "alienation" and the premise,reason,result and abandoning up of the alienation phenomenon, from the view of philosophy. Explaining the alienation of logic mode of thinking of Lukacs and Marx in theoretically. Lukacs's Materializing theory payed attention to emphasizing the person existing as a subject , it is valuable at that time. But his shortcomings also can't be neglected: he didn't distinguish the concept of alienation,object and Materializing, his completely negative attitude to Materializing is one-sided, in the meantime, it is still need to discuss that Lukacs owed the way of solving alienation to the self-consciousness of the proletariat. Evaluating Lukacs's Materializing alienation theories objectively, has important realistic meaning in exactly treating the development of science and technical progress and socialism market economy, nowadays.
