Poets Chu Guangxi, Often Built

This thesis, aimed at Chu Guangxi and Chang Jian who were two of the most famous poets lived in the glorious age of Tang Dynasty. Their poems were appreciated by Yin Fan who was one of the most important critics about literature in Tang Dynasty ,and also were included in the Heyueyingling anthology which is an important anthology of poems in Tang Dynasty. However, nowadays the academic studies on these two famous poets are not enough, and most of the researchers always think that they were just good at poetizing the mountains and rivers in the natural world. This kind of wrong opinion about Chu Guangxi and Chang Jian has misleaded the opinions of many readers about their artistic style. So this thesis attempts to analyze the artistic achievement of these two poets from a new aspect by studing their life experience,their thought and also the analysis from Yin Fan. To sum up, I hope that we can get a thorough understanding about the style diversity of the poems in Tang Dynasty through this thesis.
