The Quan-Zhen is a branch of Taoism, which prevailed because its theory of annealing both body and soul. By spreading of Wang Chongyang and his seven students, the Quan-Zhen had become more famous than before, so that Wang Chongyang and his seven students became the most important people. Therefore, so many mythic stories of them were created. These mythologies improved their ranks and apotheosized their life by narration. By clearing up text and other information, this paper focused on researching why these mythologies be established and how be adapted, in order to concluded some special characters in them and discussed what kind of religionary meaning be reflected in these mythologies.
