The paper mainly discuses two problems: the first one is about the policy the USSR carried out towards China after War; the other one is the motivation and consequence of JiangJingguo's visit to USSR.As the byproduct of"Yalta Agreement", the"Sino-Soviet Treaty of Friendship Alliance"established the elementary trend of the Sino-Soviet relations after the war Although the content of this treaty obviously undermined the sovereignty of China, the Chinese government had to accept it because of the external pressure from USA and USSR and the demand of interior control,After the War, with the transformation of world pattern, the soviet privacy towards China was changed accordingly. In the process of transfer northeast China, the USSR didn't actively and forwardly cooperate with the government of Kuomintang. On the contrary, the USSR made a lot of troubles continually. As a result of that Chiang Kai-Shek thought over solving existing problems by diplomatic means in the situation of suffering obstacle. After two times conversations with Stalin, JiangJingguo ultimately reached the four missions ordered by his father Chiang Kai-Shek. Stalin's promise and support made Chiang Kai-Shek be more secured in front of CCP and all Chinese. Yet, along with the break out of civil war,in front of Chinese people under the leadership of CCP, especially of Mao Zedong, the Kuomintang fell apart within few years, which was not only beyond the anticipation of Stalin, but also made JiangJingguo's last diplomatic mission fruitless , as the"diplomatic special of 9 provinces in northeast china".This paper plans to absorb the predecessor's production, select the uncovered records as the primary source, so as to relatively objectively analyze one diplomatic activity within that period between China and USSR, and attempts to find out the mutative characteristic of the soviet post-war policy towards China.
