The name of melody, Liuqingniang, is a widespread folk song all over the whole country. Meanwhile, the Chinese Zheng music, Liuqingniang, is one of traditional repertoires with the most variations among the Chaozhou Zheng music. This paper describes the general situation of Liuqingniang around the whole country, especially in Guangdong area and analyzes three diverse derivative versions of Chaozhou Zheng music, Liuqingniang, from the same origin.
