Henan Shang Inscriptions Were Edited And Research Unearthed

Collecting all the Shang dynasty bronzes engraved with inscriptions, we made use of the archaeological period and searched systematically the inscriptions on the Shang dynasty bronzes as well as those excavated in Henan province, especial after liberation, in this paper. On that basis, the paper summed up the single-character from Shang dynasty bronze engraved with inscription and got single-character 1290, duplicated-character 1, mixed-character 39. Thus, the paper studied and disputed the different writing styles of the characters of clan insignia. Then, the paper also packed up systemically to the decorative pictures of bronze inscriptions and the easy-confused pictures. Least not the last, we textual modified some inscriptions on bronzes of Shang dynasty and names of bronze wares. In the last, the paper discussed and researched deeply and necessarily the development of clans, such as "戈","(?) ", "(?)" , "(?)" , "息" and so on, which were major excavated in Henan, combined with oracular inscriptions, inscriptions on potteries and inscriptions on bronzes of Western Zhou.
