This paper will focus on a world-renowned movie director whose name's Ingmar Bergman who comes from Sweden and his films in the last century. From an aesthetic view, I will explore Bergman's films in a particular way. The reason why Bergman's films have the continuing tension is the relationship between contradictory and integrate formed by vicious forces and traitorous forces. They're conflicting. First, I analyze foundation of Bergman's aesthetic points, which has three-pronged analysis: First, the life impressed Bergman's films. Second, the Drama established his films' keynote. Third, Bergman's passion to the art of film. Then, from an aesthetic point of view, I analyze the beauty of thinking and the beauty of form in Bergman's films. His films contain vicious forces and traitorous forces not only in thinking but also in form. In the beauty of thinking, I analyze the themes of Bergman's films according to the sequence from heaven to earth and from earth to hell. They are embodied in the idea of logical relationship among God, Childhood, and Love. The first part, from the "sky" into "living": childish belief; the second part, the children's world: the outside dimensions of time and space; the third part, the purgatory after death: love in the nirvana. In the beauty of form, I analyze the artistic scenes, the musical rhythm and the theory for pre film about Bergman's films. In artistic scenes, the analysis focus on using "lens" to create a dream world, facial features - the habitation of soul, and the natural beauty of light and shadow in the films. In the musical rhythm, I discuss the up-and-down pace and the magic of an ensemble played by two or more instrumentalists. In the theory for pre film, I will prove that Bergman embodied his thinking about the art of film through his film—"Persona".
