According to the differences of the economic, education and cultural background will cause the differences in using the Chinese language's teaching material with their own distinguishing features. When we are studying a research through different Chinese language's teaching material from different countries, we can learn from others' strong point to offset one' s shortcomings and compile a material that tally to our own characteristic. Malaysia and China are having their education reform of the Chinese language' s teaching material, which is a main resource that goes for reprinting under this new innovation. In this respect, both countries are paying an attention to compile the relevant materials. From year 1990 onwards, Dong Jiao Zong, has been playing as a leader for the United Chinese School Committees' Association of Malaysia, to draw on the experience from China to edit the "Chinese Language" textbook. In fact, the China's "Chinese Language" textbook does also go under a big innovation based on the guidance of "Standard Chinese Language Curriculum. "This script is attempting to compare two sets of Chinese Language's teaching materials between Malaysia and China. By revealing its advantages and disadvantages and provide some suggestion to the United Chinese School Committees' Association of Malaysia for this reform. These two materials are published by DongJiaoZong, Malaysia and RenJaoBan, China, named as "Chinese Language of Senior High School. "The text is constituted by four chapters. First chapter is concerning about the contrast between Dong Jiao Zong, Malaysia and China, in term of the sketches of "Senior High Schools' Chinese Language" versus "Full-time Schooling for the Ordinary Advanced Secondary Schools ' Chinese Language Learning-(Experiment). " The second chapter is aimed at the content's comparison study of "Chinese Language of Senior High School" between Malaysia's 'DongJiaoZong' , and China's 'RenJiaoBan' on the and the next chapter is to contrast in the compile and structure for both teaching materials. The last chapter is to provide some suggestions to the United Chinese School Committees ' Association of Malaysia, according to the above study and assisting them in it education reform and as well as editing the teaching material.
