LuXun and BingXin, two great masters in literature of 21st century, have the commonage background and social obligation, but the different process of development,thought system and style of writing. They both cling to pursuing love. This paperincludes three parts: LuXun's pursuit of love; BingXin's pursuit of love; love,LuXun's and BingXin's complement each other and coexist with each other. Theformer two parts respectively start with their experiences of development, familybackground and education, then talk about how these aspects have some effect ontheir characters and thoughts, and later, their philosophy ideas and the way ofinditement. In the pursuit of love, LuXun originally found the similar object describedin numerous concrete texts, for example, how did LuXun express his thoughts of loveto the crowd and the peasant, and how was the feeling of love expressed by the way ofhatred. Equality, understanding and toleration are the main points and the core inLuXun's thought of love. BingXin has the love to the nature and the life, whileLuXun's love is more gentle and keen. To cling to and pursue love is the key point inBingXin's love thought. Because she loved so firmly and bravely, she hated soresolutely and fiercely. Here's also to express BingXin's anger and hatred bycomparison. LuXun's love is warm and fragile, while BingXin's has strength andcourage. This sharp and concrete contrast supplements people's understandings aboutthe two masters. The third part talks about the commonness in thoughts betweenLuXun and BingXin. They love the motherland and the fellow countrymen, devotethemselves to searching for the way to achieve China's rejuvenation. They arecomrades in the enlightenment campaign and bosom friends on the way to seekknowledge. Although they have different understanding of love, they are completelyin accord with each other on the theme of love. They have great merciful emotion topity the fate of human being and noble sentiment to love the motherland. To long forthe perfect world of ideals supports the inner world of modem Chinese writers.
