"ontology" New Theory

"Being" is the central subject of the western philosophy. In this paper I take the western classic ontology as foundation, and use the methods of the Analysis and Hermeneutics, with the latest theories of the modern system philosophy, to research three important problems about classic ontology, They are, the reason of studying "being"; what is "being" and what are essential character of being..The article point out: (1) the reason of studying "being" is the question of emergence.(2)"being" is the information, exactly speaking, it is the information of structure (3)"being" has three essential attributes. They are essence, source and autonomy. The essence is proved by the theory of structure function regulation in the system science; The source embody two aspects, First, it is "efficient cause", "formal cause" and "final cause" of things; Second, it is the "inside mechanism" of cosmos evolution. The autonomy means being is an independent and self-organized system , it namely self-organization.
