Word Classics Period Of Study

With the entering of Yan-Yue, Ci initiates during the period of Tang and Wu Dynasty. After development, it reaches the peak and becomes an era-literature in the Song Dynasty. Unfortunately, Yuan Dynasty is the recession period of Ci. Although many Ci-poeters write them, the achievements of lyrics in Qing Dynasty are far from those of Song Dynasty. Seeing from the phylogeny of Ci, the period of Songrenzong is a preparing period and the first prosperous time. To arrange deeply all the creations can help us to understand the development of Ci, so I want to research the lyrics in this period. My essay is consisted of three parts, including introduction, text and concluding remarks.In the introduction part, I indicate the important position of the Ci during Renzong times and explain the current research situation.There are five chapters in the text part, which are the main elaborating parts. The contents in the five chapters are followings: social and cultural backgrounds; the forming of the Ci-forum and their characters; the new change of the themes in Ci; the development of Man-Ci and the variety of Ci's artistic style.There is a conclusion in the last part, pointing out their unique role and elaborating briefly the important effect to the latter generation.
