According to historical documents, the author briefly analyzed the local government organization system and probed its development course in this period. As the author indicated in Han dynasty the local government system could be divided into four classes—Eparchy, Shire, County and Town. And the information of every class officials was general mentioned in this part.The second part generally introduced the development of Yuzhou eparchy and summarized the whole situation of the officials in this area.The third part was the core of the article, in which the author explored the bureaucracy system of Yuzhou eparchy from four aspects.Eparchy officials In this part the author firstly detailed the precinct change of the eparchy and introduced the development of eparchy government in Han dynasty. After that he summed up the all-round information of every previous eparchy officers in Yuzhou and tried to find some rules in it.Share officials Because Share officials were the top executives of local government, there were abundant of records of them in the historical documents of Han dynasty. In this part the author took the same research method as the former part and investigated the information of every share official in Yuzhou and their sub-officials related.County officials County officials were the lower official who represented the government to deal with the mass people. Though his precinct was only one hundred miles his responsibility was very important. And author summed up their information by using the same method.Town officials Town officials mainly referred to Xiangyouzhi, Qiangfu, Youxi, Tingzhang, etc. Because historical documents made little recordation of them, the author didn't put too much words on this part.Part four made a general description of every class officials in Yuzhou eparchy. With the detailed statistics the author briefed the commission rule of the local government officials and pointed out the status of Yuzhou's officals in the whole country.In the last part the author put forward his research conclusion and hoped his work could do some help to perfect the present society.
