Han Dynasty Confucianism And Family Learning And Pseudo-book Detective

The Kong family study refers to the learning which Confucius and his descendants succeed one another by generation. It was initiated by Confucius. In the pre-Qin period, Kong Ji, Kong Chuan and Kong Fu had inherited and developed it to be prosperous, which was the historical origin for the later Kong family study's formation. In the XiHan dynasty, some ancient books were found in the wall of Confucius' mansion in the age of Han JingDi, the policy of revering Confucianism alone as well as the study of 'present front' of Confucian classics being prosperity in the age of Han WuDi, which had provided the literature foundation, the advantageous social environment and the academic atmosphere for Kong family study at that time. During that time, there are many scholars among the Confucius' descendants in Kong Wu, Kong Anguo, and Kong Zang three branches. They held the ancestor's tradition and passed on the family study, taking the research in classical leaning as theirs occupation, which made the Kong family to be a well-known classical leaning one in Chinese ancient history.Kong Anguo is an outstanding person among all the scholars in Kong family. He is learned and proficient in both the study of 'present front' of Confucian classics and 'ancient font' of Confucian classics. But the relation of him and guwenshangshu, guwenlunyu, guwenxiaojing, Confucian school's analects was confusing, had many different opinions since long ago. This article analyzes and does textual research thoroughly for the series of questions which mentioned above on the foundation of previous scholars' study. In my opinion, Kong Anguo had recognized and organized guwenshangshu, guwenlunyu, guwenxiaojing which coming from the wall of Confucius' mansion ,also rewrote them to "lishu " script. Meanwhile, he had compiled Confucian school's analects in order to reveal the ancestor's cultural legacy. After that, Anguo's descendants inherited his academic by generation, and everyone has his specialty. So that they were the main force for developing the Kong family study in the XiHan dynasty ,and they had made prominent contribution to the family study. In the concrete research ,we have discussed who was the writer for the Kong Commentary of the book guwenshangshu, guwenluny(?) and guwenxiaojing. Three books should be finished by Anguo's descendants on the foundation of the study in classical learning. They were the achievement of the Kong family study in the Han dynasty.The Kong family study had gotten great accomplishment and striking achievement in the XiHan dynasty. It was help to the preservation of the ancient culture books, had influenced the development of Confucianism deeply in the Han dynasty. Therefore, it gets a special and important position in the Chinese academic history.
