Disharmony between happiness and morality is an old difficult problem for men to resolve both in the field of theory and that of practice. The core of this problem is how to achieve the concurrence of morality and happiness, in other words, how to avid their conflicting with each other, namely to prevent the conflicts between moral act and happiness. Essentially ,this is a matter of justice, of how to distribute goods among people.According to former philosophers' discussion and consideration hased on real life, we can conduce the definition of happiness. Happiness is a kind of psychological tasts in some certation social economy and historical environment, cveationg living condition and spirit's living condition's practice. when realing the most important needs, desire and aimes in a life. And according to the types of needs, desire and aims. We can delimt happiness into substance, society, spirit, selfish, unselfish, process and result happiness ect. Happiness is not a kind of idea of gift and is not owned in people's consciousness and feelings. It's idea results from socical life and formed condition is offered by social economic relation.Every one lives in a certain social environment. To make society stability and order perfect, we should make use of moral ways besides law's means. We can obtain the declination of moral accepted by ethics throughout moral's development and shift in the worldly from ancient to nowadays. Moral is an idea about goodness, wickedness, truth ,false something which is formed in social life's practice by people. And moral is feeling and behavior habit, is a normal system which relays on social position. Kindness" instruction, perfect dignity ,co-coordinating people and people, people and nature's relation. Moral norm and morality are moral's two basic factors.The relation between people's happiness and moral is not the opposite linear.
