Tang Jinshi Branch Dynasty Poetry Exam "origin

This paper mainly adopted the method of retrospecting the origin of Jin shi examination in Tang Dynasty .dealing with the history and reason why the literature has been selected as a standard to choose officials from intellectuals step by step .Furthurmore ,discussing the standard's time-honored influence on literature.This paper is divided into three chapters ,there is a introduction discuss .before the text ,which giving a summary on the past scholarships about the relationship between the Examination system in Tang Dynasty and literature prosperity ,at same time ,introducing the aim and significance of writing this paper.The first chapter dealing with development of the history how the literature has been selected as a standard to choose officials ,based on the historical records and time order ,divided the history into four phrases.The second chapter discussing the reason why the literature being a important standard to select officials .From Wei to Tang Dynasty ,ideology has been not established ,at same time ,followed the empire rebuild it's central power ,literature acted as the most important standard which made the blood hierarchy politic transformed to the bureaucracy under central power.The third chapter dealing with interaction between politic and literature ,the literary competition led to the composition's standardized and literary prosperity ,in Tang Dynasty ,a lot of intellectuals have given thought to the relationship between literature and Tao tradition ,which avoided only regarded the literature as the tool of the Jin shi examination.In the conclusion ,this paper underlying the history background from Wei to Tang Dynasty ,in which time ,literature has been choosed as the most important standard to select officials ,so the opinion which think at that time literal composition just art for art's sake is not improper .
