The Status Of High School Seniors Mental Fatigue, Causes And Countermeasures

In this paper, I took senior Three students in shanghai as an object of study and surveyed 629 of them from 10 high schools through questionnaires about mental fatigue made of myself. The results are as follows:First, the mental fatigue of senior Three students takes on a moderate type distribution .There is distinct difference according to oppotional subjects and marks while there is little difference as far as sex and school type are concerned .A few of the students have serious mental fatigue .which should draw attention of school and parents .Second, among all the factors leading to mental fatigue , anxiety , that is .worrying about their own marks and future plays a dominant part .Third, most of senior Three students can positively relieve their mental fatigue in various ways, but they still need active instructions from teachers.At the end of the paper, suggestions about how to relieve mental fatigue of senior Three students were offered respectively to students , teachers and parents.
