The proposition of this text is: The Function of Presupposition in the Spoken Language of Modal Particle.Russian modal particle does not generally have a totally independent meaning, they mainly increase and supplement color for other meanings of words , phrases , sentences or for expressing the relations among various kinds of grammars.The modal particle, as one of the comparatively common parts of speech in Russian spoken language, they not only can express various kinds of people's emotion , and there are abundant functions, so they have important function in the language especially speech communication activity.The linguists have been interested in the communication function of the language more and more in the last few years, this has offered possibility for further research on the modal particle, too. The communication function of mentioning the language can not but involve this concept " presupposition " , because in the course of speech communication, presupposition can be understood as the knowledge of owning in common between the speaker and listener in a broad spirit, and this kind of knowledge of owning in common is one of the important preconditions of making our speech behavior carry on smoothly. This text tries to regard the concept"presupposition"as the foundation, carry on deep research to the function of the modal particle, thus make us have a more overall cognition to the modal particle.This thesis is divided into five parts:The first part is to make an introduction to some relevant theories of the modal particle.The second part introduces some theory views preserved.The third part studies its presupposition's foundation that the modal particle expresses is knowledge of owning in common between the speech communication activity participants, including the knowledge that owns to language, world around, traditional custom , communication scene characteristic ,etc.The fourth part describes the function of presupposition in the spoken language of modal particle on the basis of concrete language materials, for example it can get up and make the instruction language which follows the body tendency , break away from the communication predicament , and strengthen the functions , such as emotion that the speech express ,etc..The fifth part discusses some questions that should be paid attention to when the ones that study the modal particle and express are preserved.The sixth part is conclusion.
